At WindRidge, we are committed to providing the best possible service to our customers. We offer free shipping on all orders over $100 within the United States. For orders under $100, we charge a flat rate shipping fee of $7.95. We use reliable shipping carriers to ensure that your order arrives in a timely manner. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email so that you can track your package. RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from WindRidge. If for any legitimate reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 10 days for an exchange or refund. To initiate an exchange, please contact us and provide your order/Invoice number and a brief description of the issue. If order/ invoice number is incorrect, the return will not be processed. We will provide you with a return address and instructions on how to return your item. Once we receive your item, we will process your refund with store credit or exchange it for a similar item. WindRidge has the right to refuse any refund or exchange.
